Penha's Management in St. Maarten decided from a strategic position to create its main entrance on the Boardwalk/Beach front side and is currently in the final design phase of the reconstruction and expansion of its main store in heart of downtown Phillipsburg toward the seaside. The location has developed to become a small, cozy and attractive area for duty free shopping. Over 1.5 million cruise passengers visit this dutch side of the island on an annual basis, making this Port of Call one of the Caribbean's most desired place for Cruisers.
Airport Concession Agreement Penha St. Maarten has furthermore signed a 6 year concession agreement with the Princess Juliana International Airport, for the exclusive operation of the Fragrance and Cosmetic units in the Departure Hall of the New Terminal building that is currently being constructed; a project welcomed by the termendous demand and growth of the stayover tourist.
