Phillipsburg
This location in the heart of downtown is currently and throughout the slow summer season, undergoing an expansion of its main builing by adding extra store area with a brand new entrance from the beach front esplanade. Management envisages major growth of its Fragrance sales due to increasing passenger traffic that arrives, wanders and departs from Captain Hodges tender pier. 

Cruise Season 2006-2007
Penha's management board conservatively envisages a 50% growth in revenues in the fragrance sector due to the creation of a second strategic entrance.

Airport
Princess Juliana International Airport's old terminal buidling is currently handling over 1.6 million passengers annually and was designed for a maximum of 1.2 million. Eventhough Penha's small fragrance store location is prior to security its revenue streams are a major part of the Penha st. Maarten total operations.

New Airport Location
Penha will be opening 2 new airport stores, now being installed, in the New Terminal building designed to handle over 2.4 million passengers annully. Total floor space has increased by 10-fold and is strategically positioned behind security and immigration. Management expects and envisages a growth in gross revenues of at least 400%.
